Derby County strives to provide an engaging family experience and is proudly a holder of the EFL's much-acclaimed Gold Status Family Excellence award.

A total of 63 EFL clubs achieved Family Excellence status in the 2018/19 season, nine of which were ‘Gold Award’ winners for their remarkable work in engaging families on matchdays - including Derby County.

The Chasetown Family Area at Pride Park Stadium has designated blocks within the North Stand, with upper and lower tier seating available.

When viewing the Stadium Map, you will be able to identify our Family Area blocks as the pink spotted blocks within this stand.

Derby County stage a host of special activities for all of the family both pre-game and half time. There's lots for all of the family to do, from penalty shoot-outs to Rammie colouring competitions, from photo booths to face painters, and more!

Each match includes a special appearance from club mascots Rammie and Ewie too - who will even watch the game with you!

Special under 12 ticket pricing is also available in this area of the stadium.

The Rams' off-the-field team are trained to put your interests first, listen to you, to answer your questions and act quickly and promptly to requests to ensure you have safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment.

All of Derby County's stewards are NVQ trained to ensure the best service possible is provided to supporters inside the stadium and there is a designated Family Liaison Officer in each stand.

Derby County also launched its Fans First initiative in August 2008 to put the supporters at the forefront of the club’s match day experience. Look out for our MSLOs (Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers) in their blue coats to answer any questions. They might even have a few goodies to give away too!

The club also runs the ‘First Time Rams’ scheme. As part of the initiative, any fans making their first visit to Pride Park Stadium have the opportunity to receive a certificate to commemorate the occasion from club mascot Ewie.
